How we work
Cheapest fix first, and you keep everything.
Most of what holds a small business back online is not a rebuild. It is a handful of small things nobody owns: an unclaimed listing, a form going to a dead inbox, no way to book. We start there, because it is the work that pays for itself first and it tells us whether the bigger job is worth doing at all.
The process
Six steps, no surprises.
A message, then a short call
You send the address of your site, and the reply says what we already saw from the outside. If it is worth talking through, the call after that is fifteen minutes. If the honest answer is that you do not need us yet, that is the answer you get.
The list, in order of payback
A written list of what is costing you work, ranked by what returns the most for the least. Usually the first two items are cheap and quick, and one of them is the Google Business Profile nobody has touched.
A fixed quote
One price for a defined piece of work, agreed before anything starts. No hourly billing, no scope that grows quietly, no invoice you have to interpret.
Built where you can watch
Work happens on a live preview link you can open any day of the week. Feedback lands as you have it rather than in one meeting at the end, which is when changes are most expensive.
Launch and handover
Everything goes live, and everything is registered in your name. You get a written record of what exists, where it lives, and how to change it, including the parts you would rather never touch.
Only stay if it earns it
Some businesses want someone keeping the reviews coming and the site current. Most do not need that after the first few months. There is no lock-in either way.
The terms
Four things that do not change.
You own all of it
Domain, hosting, site, analytics, Google Business Profile, and every account created along the way are registered to you and your email address. Nothing is held on your behalf, and leaving does not require our cooperation.
One person does the work
The person on the first call is the person who builds it. There is no account manager, no handover, and nobody junior learning on your project.
Fixed scope, fixed price
Quotes name the deliverable, not a number of hours. If something turns out to be bigger than it looked, that is our estimate to absorb, not a change order to send you.
Plain language, in writing
What was done, why, and what it means for you, written so you can forward it to someone else and have them understand it. No dashboards you will never open.
What it costs
Quoted per job, in Canadian dollars.
Every quote is for a named piece of work: a site, a listing cleaned up and kept current, a booking flow, a follow-up sequence that stops quotes going cold. Small fixes are small numbers, and we will say so on the call rather than bundling them into something larger.
There is no monthly minimum, no platform fee, and no markup on the tools you end up paying for directly. Where a subscription is needed, it goes on your card, in your name, and you can see what it is for.
Start with a message.
Send the address of your site, and you get the ranked list whether or not you hire anyone to do the work.
