These are the basic terms for using this website. Plain English, no surprises. If we end up working together formally, a separate written agreement will cover the actual engagement.

Who we are

Wealthfare is a small business growth consultancy serving Canadian businesses, founded and run by Steffen Hoyemsvoll. References to “we”, “us”, and “Wealthfare” on this site all mean the same thing.

Wealthfare is operated by Voll Studios Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09302803, with its registered office at 5 Brayford Square, London, England, E1 0SG. Voll Studios Ltd is the contracting party for anything you buy or agree here. You can reach us at steffen@wealthfarecheck.ca.

Using this website

This website is informational. We try to keep everything on it accurate and up to date, but the world moves and things change. Nothing you read here is a guarantee of a particular outcome, and nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, or tax advice. If you need that kind of advice, please speak to the right professional.

Services

Any service we deliver for you is subject to a separate written agreement, typically a short statement of work or contract agreed by email before anything starts. That document, not this website, governs the scope, pricing, timeline, and deliverables of the work. If you’ve only read the website and haven’t agreed anything with us in writing, then we haven’t entered into a contract.

Growth Kits

Growth Kits are digital products. You pay once, and the kit is delivered to your email address as soon as the payment clears. Because delivery is immediate, buying a kit means you agree to it being supplied straight away, and kits are not refundable once delivered. Where the consumer protection law of your province gives you a right that cannot be waived, that right still applies.

A kit is a set of templates, scripts, and instructions for you to use in your own business. What you get out of it depends on what you do with it, so no particular result is promised. If a kit fails to arrive, or the download is broken, email steffen@wealthfarecheck.ca and we will fix it.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including the copy, design, structure, and imagery, belongs to Voll Studios Ltd unless we’ve noted otherwise. You’re welcome to read it, link to it, and share it. Please don’t scrape it, republish it wholesale, or use it to train models without asking.

Third-party links

We sometimes link to other websites we find useful, such as our booking page, social profiles, or articles worth reading. Those sites aren’t run by us and we can’t take responsibility for what they contain or how they handle your data. Use your judgement when you follow a link away from this one.

Privacy

We handle personal information under PIPEDA, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act. Because we operate from the United Kingdom, your information is processed outside Canada and is subject to the laws of the country it is held in. Our privacy policy sets out what we collect, where it goes, and the access and correction rights you have.

Limitation of liability

Use of this website is at your own risk. To the extent allowed by law, Voll Studios Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage that arises from using the site, from acting on anything you read here, or from being unable to access the site. Nothing in this clause tries to exclude liability for death, personal injury, or anything else that can’t legally be excluded.

Governing law

Voll Studios Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, and these terms, along with anything arising from your use of this website, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in a Canadian province, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection law of your province, or of your right to bring a claim in the courts there where that law allows it.
